I’ve been taking my fur baby here for over 2 years now and I love it. The staff is lovely, they treat my dog well and the price is great. They even give their pups accessories after each wash! I got my sister and my two friends to start bringing their dogs here and they love this place too!

We absolutely love this place! After our old groomer moved out of state, we have been in search for the perfect place that doesn’t take 3-4 hours to groom my miniature schnauzer. Hachi was just the place! And I love that Dino never cries or barks when I leave or pick him up. He’s always happy and in a good mood! Love the energy and vibe. Also, I love their bandanas! Definitely recommend.

The salon had a pleasant and clean smell. The price for the grooming service was very reasonable, especially considering the level of quality and care. The staff was friendly. I’ve visited this place multiple times and I love it. The front desk is always attentive and friendly. I own a husky and I am very pleased with their service, specially owning this breed my nightmare is someone shaving my baby but this places always does exactly what I ask for. My baby stays smelling great for days even a week but she’s a big dog and goes outside daily. Also a plus is being able to schedule an apt online and ahead of time.

This place screams professionalism!!! Visited for the first time because of the amazing reviews and not only are they reasonably and competitively priced, they were so amazing to my dog, who has never been to the groomers before, they are so detailed, she looked super happy, adorable with her little bows and bandana, smelled like heaven, and can we talk about the adorable boutique style lobby???? You can see why they have awesome ratings. I will definitely keep coming. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing and exceeded my expectations.

Today, I took our female Havanese for grooming for the first time. My experience was totally positive from Daniela who booked and received my fur baby and was not only courteous but sweet, to Luis the friendly groomer who did a very wonderful job cutting her hair. The haircut is beautiful, the fur smells nice and is soft to the touch and most importantly she came out of there very happy which in itself tells about good treatment as dogs are very perceptive.I am happy to have found this place as I am completely satisfied with the care they took of my baby and hope that Luis doesn't go anywhere and the business continues to provide customers with excellent service.

This place is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. They listen to what I ask of them and Koda’s cut always comes out on point. I can tell that the groomers take great pride in their work because they always make sure my fur kid comes out looking and smelling his best! They show great attention to detail and treat him as if he were their own. Whenever I’m their it feels like I’m visiting my family and my Koda is always happy to greet me. The salon itself is clean and the boutique area sells the coolest and cutest clothes and accessories. I love coming here and so does my dood! Best salon around!

Update: The owner personally called me to apologize, learn more about what happened, and ask about my puppy. I'm grateful for his professionalism and prior to this experience, his previous three grooms there have been very good.My puppy was there for seven hours without food, and when I dropped him off I was never informed it could take this long to get groomed without appointment. 7 hours in a little cage for a 6 month puppy that has separation anxiety. We will never return.Edit: I also noticed his coat is uneven and they did not trim his nails. They wanted money for another dog so much they would keep puppy for hours and also do a bad job.

I took my puppy today and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were very attentive and communicated very well with us. We called them because our puppy NEEDED a bath. The only thing is that when we went to pick up out puppy the lady at the front desk said that out puppy was very uncomfortable and hyperactive (somethings that we feel is normal for puppies) and we felt she was mad. Overall I do recommend this place and we will visit their store if we are in the area again.

My baby stays smelling great for days even a week but she’s a big dog and goes outside daily. Also a plus is being able to schedule an apt online and ahead of time.

This place screams professionalism!!! Visited for the first time because of the amazing reviews and not only are they reasonably and competitively priced, they were so amazing to my dog, who has never been to the groomers before, they are so detailed, she looked super happy, adorable with her little bows and bandana, smelled like heaven, and can we talk about the adorable boutique style lobby???? Hachi never disappoints. I’ve been taking my dog for a year and I refuse to take him elsewhere. They always groom him to perfection. And my dog always leaves smelling AMAZING which is a huge plus.

I took my mini goldendoodle to get groomed for the first time here and I'm beyond happy with the service and how my puppy looks. They listened to everything I was requesting, they asked me questions and my puppy was so happy. I totally will be back to get my puppy groomed here and recommend them.

Today, I took our female Havanese for grooming for the first time. My experience was totally positive from Daniela who booked and received my fur baby and was not only courteous but sweet, to Luis the friendly groomer who did a very wonderful job cutting her hair. The haircut is beautiful, the fur smells nice and is soft to the touch and most importantly she came out of there very happy which in itself tells about good treatment as dogs are very perceptive.I am happy to have found this place as I am completely satisfied with the care they took of my baby and hope that Luis doesn't go anywhere and the business continues to provide customers with excellent service.

This place is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. They listen to what I ask of them and Koda’s cut always comes out on point. I can tell that the groomers take great pride in their work because they always make sure my fur kid comes out looking and smelling his best! They show great attention to detail and treat him as if he were their own. Whenever I’m their it feels like I’m visiting my family and my Koda is always happy to greet me. The salon itself is clean and the boutique area sells the coolest and cutest clothes and accessories. I love coming here and so does my dood! Best salon around!

Update: The owner personally called me to apologize, learn more about what happened, and ask about my puppy. I'm grateful for his professionalism and prior to this experience, his previous three grooms there have been very good.My puppy was there for seven hours without food, and when I dropped him off I was never informed it could take this long to get groomed without appointment. 7 hours in a little cage for a 6 month puppy that has separation anxiety. We will never return.Edit: I also noticed his coat is uneven and they did not trim his nails. They wanted money for another dog so much they would keep puppy for hours and also do a bad job.

I took my puppy today and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were very attentive and communicated very well with us. We called them because our puppy NEEDED a bath. The only thing is that when we went to pick up out puppy the lady at the front desk said that out puppy was very uncomfortable and hyperactive (somethings that we feel is normal for puppies) and we felt she was mad. Overall I do recommend this place and we will visit their store if we are in the area again.

I brought Teddy Bear for a long overdue haircut. The groomer is very professional at cutting hair, as well as making him feel safe in her hands. She talked and sang to him! It was nice and quiet in the facility, as well as calm.
