Today, I took our female Havanese for grooming for the first time. My experience was totally positive from Daniela who booked and received my fur baby and was not only courteous but sweet, to Luis the friendly groomer who did a very wonderful job cutting her hair. The haircut is beautiful, the fur smells nice and is soft to the touch and most importantly she came out of there very happy which in itself tells about good treatment as dogs are very perceptive.I am happy to have found this place as I am completely satisfied with the care they took of my baby and hope that Luis doesn't go anywhere and the business continues to provide customers with excellent service.

I absolutely love this place!! I started with my oldest dog and now my puppy (both Bichon Frise) and they do such a good job! They are very communicative and honest. This place is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. They listen to what I ask of them and Koda’s cut always comes out on point. I can tell that the groomers take great pride in their work because they always make sure my fur kid comes out looking and smelling his best! They show great attention to detail and treat him as if he were their own. Whenever I’m their it feels like I’m visiting my family and my Koda is always happy to greet me. The salon itself is clean and the boutique area sells the coolest and cutest clothes and accessories. I love coming here and so does my dood! Best salon around!

Update: The owner personally called me to apologize, learn more about what happened, and ask about my puppy. I'm grateful for his professionalism and prior to this experience, his previous three grooms there have been very good.My puppy was there for seven hours without food, and when I dropped him off I was never informed it could take this long to get groomed without appointment. 7 hours in a little cage for a 6 month puppy that has separation anxiety. We will never return.Edit: I also noticed his coat is uneven and they did not trim his nails. They wanted money for another dog so much they would keep puppy for hours and also do a bad job.

I've been taking my schnauzer for a long time after a bad experience at Pet's Smart. At this location they are always very professional and sweet. I once had an event in my house and they even took care of the dog overnight at a great price. My dog suffers from anxiety. However, he feels like in family with them. I definitely recommend it.

I’m incredibly impressed and happy with this pet grooming place. My Yorkie looks amazing and he was not cut and his skin is not irritated at all. Last groomer I went to returned my pup in such bad shape so I came to Hachi because of the great reviews. You can tell they take great care with their furry customers. 🙂

I took my puppy today and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were very attentive and communicated very well with us. We called them because our puppy NEEDED a bath. The only thing is that when we went to pick up out puppy the lady at the front desk said that out puppy was very uncomfortable and hyperactive (somethings that we feel is normal for puppies) and we felt she was mad. Overall I do recommend this place and we will visit their store if we are in the area again.

What a wonderful experience this has been. First of all i had made an appointment for later in the day and when i called ahead to drop off my Zoey earlier she was available and made it happen. The haircut is beautiful, the fur smells nice and is soft to the touch and most importantly she came out of there very happy which in itself tells about good treatment as dogs are very perceptive.I am happy to have found this place as I am completely satisfied with the care they took of my baby and hope that Luis doesn't go anywhere and the business continues to provide customers with excellent service.

I absolutely love this place!! I started with my oldest dog and now my puppy (both Bichon Frise) and they do such a good job! They are very communicative and honest. I always recommend them when someone asks and now my cousin takes her dog here as well. I’m so glad I found this place a few years back. Thank you Hachi!

This place is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. They listen to what I ask of them and Koda’s cut always comes out on point. I can tell that the groomers take great pride in their work because they always make sure my fur kid comes out looking and smelling his best! They show great attention to detail and treat him as if he were their own. Whenever I’m their it feels like I’m visiting my family and my Koda is always happy to greet me. The salon itself is clean and the boutique area sells the coolest and cutest clothes and accessories. I love coming here and so does my dood! Best salon around!

Update: The owner personally called me to apologize, learn more about what happened, and ask about my puppy. I'm grateful for his professionalism and prior to this experience, his previous three grooms there have been very good.My puppy was there for seven hours without food, and when I dropped him off I was never informed it could take this long to get groomed without appointment. 7 hours in a little cage for a 6 month puppy that has separation anxiety. We will never return.Edit: I also noticed his coat is uneven and they did not trim his nails. They wanted money for another dog so much they would keep puppy for hours and also do a bad job.

I've been taking my schnauzer for a long time after a bad experience at Pet's Smart. At this location they are always very professional and sweet. I once had an event in my house and they even took care of the dog overnight at a great price. My dog suffers from anxiety. However, he feels like in family with them. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent service from the staff. I walked in today without an appointment and was treated with great customer service.The boutique is very clean and well kept by the staff.The front desk told me it would take 3 hours and were done with the grooming punctually.Highly recommend. I’m incredibly impressed and happy with this pet grooming place. My Yorkie looks amazing and he was not cut and his skin is not irritated at all. Last groomer I went to returned my pup in such bad shape so I came to Hachi because of the great reviews. You can tell they take great care with their furry customers. 🙂

What a wonderful experience this has been. First of all i had made an appointment for later in the day and when i called ahead to drop off my Zoey earlier she was available and made it happen. When I picked up Zoey she was a total transformation, she was happy and smelled delicious. It was overall a great experience and i would highly recommend Hachi, she is actually my favorite groomer i have ever been to. Thank you!!

Awesome 👏🏼groomer. I love that they have a doggie photo shoot area which gets updated seasonally. My Sophie always comes out looking great 😊. This is her go to spot 🐶.

I took my puppy today and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were very attentive and communicated very well with us. We called them because our puppy NEEDED a bath. The only thing is that when we went to pick up out puppy the lady at the front desk said that out puppy was very uncomfortable and hyperactive (somethings that we feel is normal for puppies) and we felt she was mad. Overall I do recommend this place and we will visit their store if we are in the area again.

I brought Teddy Bear for a long overdue haircut. The groomer is very professional at cutting hair, as well as making him feel safe in her hands. She talked and sang to him! It was nice and quiet in the facility, as well as calm.
